What we store
We store your account email, or an anonymous id for code logins; membership status from Whop; your Telegram chat id if you link member alerts; and basic usage logs.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide and manage access, deliver the alerts you choose and keep the service working. Account and membership data are needed to provide your subscription. Telegram alerts are optional; you can pause them in the member area. Basic usage logs help maintain service security and reliability.
Service providers
We use Supabase for hosting and the database, Whop for payments, and Telegram for alerts and support. These providers process the information needed to deliver their part of the service. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We retain information while your account is active and afterwards only as required by law.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and ask about restriction, portability or objecting to processing, by contacting partners@theline.ltd. You can also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
