Closing line value
Our soft-book bets are measured against the market's close. Positive CLV means the market moved our way. It is not a claim of profit. Model comparisons are not bets.

How we measure: when a match our model has priced is available at Unibet or Bet365, we log the best +EV price as a bet, whether or not the market has opened. When the match is played, the market's last price on the same line is the closing price. CLV % = our bet price × closing fair probability − 1. Rows marked 'model vs close' are not bets: they grade the model's own price against the close and are kept for transparency. Model as-of dates are shown because a stale model is a stale price.
